A tradition worth keeping and sharing

Making fudge has been a long standing tradition for my family. My earliest and best memories include standing on a step stool in my grandmothers kitchen so that I could see the magic happen. My grandmother was a gifted candy maker who shared her love with me and all it represented. Fudge for me is tradition and family. Its memories, its laughter, its special and most of all its love.

Grandmas traditional milk chocolate fudge was legendary. It was a slab of sumptuous goodness that tasted rich, smooth and decadent. Her fudge tasted like an entire Hershey chocolate factory condensed into one single piece of candy.

I can still see her kitchen in my head now and picture her one only fudge pot holding the most magical of sweet confections—the deep, chocolaty richness, the thick, smooth texture, the glossy sheen that forms when it’s freshly taken from the stove and poured into the pan to cool. The way it looked when it was cut into squares, the way one piece can fill a room with the smell of warm chocolate and sweet vanilla.

Our homemade milk chocolate fudge is an ode to grandma and all the sweet memories she left me. We use the very best ingredients we can find and cook it with the utmost of care. Each cup is filled with the love and gratitude for a tradition worth sharing.
