Consignment options
Lala At The Beach is a unique and special place. We invite you to come for a visit, browse through our shop, and see all the fun we have. We take pride in what we do here and we hope that it shows. If you would like to be part of what we are creating at Lala At The Beach by having a business within our business, there are several options from which Consignors may choose:
Option 1
Showroom Consignment
70/30 split of Repurposed, Refinished or Handmade items in the Showroom.
Furniture needs to be good quality and in excellent condition (no pressed wood or particle board)
Lala At The Beach will work with the consignor to set the retail price of each item, with Lala At The Beach having final say
Merchandise accepted by appointment only

BRINGING IN YOUR ITEMS:
For large items, the consignor must submit a photo for approval before delivery; please email photo(s) to lalaatthebeachshop@gmail.com
For smaller items, the consignor must make an appointment for approval of up to 15 items per visit. Call or email to schedule an appointment:
CONDITION:
Acceptable items must be clean, free of rips or tears, stains, smoke or pet odors and sun fading. Lala At The Beach reserves the right to refuse any item if it is deemed to be in an unacceptable condition upon arrival.ITEMS WE ACCEPT:
Furniture, Home décor, lamps, art, pottery, vases, purses, jewelry and some cottage food items. All consignment items will need to be approved, before applications will be accepted.ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED:
Bedding, draperies, computers, printers, electronics, newer small appliances.
option 2
SPACE RENTAL TERMS
Monthly rent : Starting At $50 plus 15% of sales.
A fee of 3.25% will be charged for the sale of items purchased by any type of credit card
First month’s rent is due upon signing. Additional months rent will be deducted from sales on the last day of the month. If sales do not exceed rent, the end of the month check will be held until rent is paid.

Consignors may work on their space during the following times:
Wednesday- Thursday 10am-2pm
Saturday 9am-11am
Or by appointment
Consignors are welcome to “fluff up” and bring in a small amount of items any time during regular business hours, Friday - Sunday 9-5 with discretion and consideration for our customers.
We do our level best to secure your items however we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost/stolen items. Monthly inventory on your space should be done monthly and any discrepancy emailed to lalaatthebeachshop@gmail.com
Lala At The Beach welcomes consignors to make their space their own by decorating it and not just filling it full of “stuff”. Walls and partitions must be made out of repurposed items such as doors, windows, or barn wood. Lala At The Beach is a no pegboard zone. Lala At The Beach reserves the right to “assist” with merchandising as needed.
All items must be clean, free of rips or tears, stains, smoke or pet odors and sun fading.
A common courtesy, non-compete policy is expected amongst the vendors at Lala At The Beach
Booth renters are to enter their inventory through our vendor login portal. This information will be available once your application has been approved.
Once a Consignor Application is submitted, Lala At The Beach will review the application and photos. The consignor will be contacted if their items are a match for the business goals of Lala At The Beach.
